We ship within the continental United States Monday–Wednesday. Processing time is 1–3 business days.

Plants are packaged with care to ensure they arrive healthy. We highly recommend adding a weather pack to your purchase when temperatures are below 45F or above 80F.

We guarantee plants arrive alive and healthy unless customer chooses to not purchase a weather pack during extreme temperatures. Contact within 24 hours with photos for replacement, refund, or store credit.
